Barcelona are looking into a January deal for Arsenal contract rebel Mesut Ozil.
Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo claim the La Liga giants are interested in Ozil as an alternative to first-choice target, Liverpool’s Philippe Coutinho.
It is said that Barca believe the lure of Champions League football could convince the 29-year-old to return to Spain, four years after leaving their fierce rivals Real Madrid.
The Nou Camp heavyweights also reckon they can secure Ozil’s signature on the cheap as Arsenal look to avoid losing him for nothing in the summer.
