Lionel Messi offered £90m to quit Barcelona for Man City - report

LIONEL MESSI could pocket a staggering £90m signing-on fee if he quits Barcelona for Manchester City.

That’s according to Spanish news outlet Don Balon who reckon the Premier League heavyweights are willing to break the bank to sign him.
It’s suggested the Argentine superstar is tempted by City’s monster offer although Barcelona are convinced he’ll remain at the Nou Camp.
Messi who signed a  new deal few months ago for Barcelona worth around £500,000-a-week.
It’s believed he also receive a substantial bonus for pledging his loyalty to the club.
Messi is one of the greatest players in history - and his current Barca deal expires in the summer of 2021.
City star Sergio Aguero says he’d love to see his Argentina team-mate at the Etihad stadium.
