Did Griezmann Just Troll Atletico Madrid?

Antoine Griezmann’s future at Atletico Madrid is growing increasingly in doubt after his latest Instagram post looks as if he has had a dig at the club. Could there be punishment incoming? The striker, who has scored just two La Liga goals this season, has been linked with a move to Manchester United over the course of the last year, but those rumours have increased as speculation over a possible fall out with management have taken centre stage. In Griezmann’s latest autobiography, according to 101GreatGoals, he admitted that he could very well leave the club, with Manchester United being a possibility. He wrote: “While I have everything to be happy, this doesn’t mean I won’t leave [Atletico Madrid] one day. I have not made a decision. It all depends on several factors. “As much as I repeat that I am delighted at Atletico, I have a great coach and great teammates, they regularly ask me about my future. “I don’t exclude anything, I have nothing against England, apart from the weather and Manchester United is a possibility.” Since then, Griezmann has taken to social media to post a video of him scoring a scissor-kick goal, but it’s the choice of music overlay that has got everyone talking. The song is called “Believer” by Imagine Dragons, with the lyrics citing: “You break me down and build me up, believer, believer.” Is this perhaps an indication of how he feels about his situation at Atletico? Well, one can’t blame him especially with the knowledge that Diego Costa will be joining the club in January too. Moreover, the Frenchman hasn't exactly been on the recieving end of praise from the fans of late, with him recnetly havin been booed him during the Madrid derby last week.
